Application forms for the AGRO SHOW exhibitions are avilable only in electronic version. Please download forms, fill out and print out editable PDF files.<\/p>\n

APPLICATION WITH DISCOUNT \u2013 DEADLINE APRIL 24th, 2026!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Conditions of participating in AGRO SHOW 2026 exhibition:<\/strong>
\n1. Sending correctly filled out application forms together with copy of entry in the register of entrepreneurs till MAY 29th 2026.<\/strong>
\n2. Payment of appropriate fees after receiving pro-forma from Organizer.<\/p>\n

Each exhibitor has to sent filled out forms A page 1 & 2; A2 page 1 & 2; form with stand size (A3 or A4 or A5).<\/strong><\/p>\nForm A - Basic Application<\/span><\/a>Attachment to A2 form - Product groups<\/span><\/a>Form B - Additional Apllication<\/span><\/a>Form C1 - Application for exposition of machines at the airstrip<\/span><\/a>Form C2 - Application forms for machine shows avaiable soon<\/span><\/a>Form D - order of shipping services; permition to work of crane<\/span><\/a>Form E Order for earlier stand assembly<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/a>\n

Form A<\/h2>\n

  • Form A<\/strong> \u2013 information about Exhibitor,<\/li>\n
  • Form A1<\/strong> \u2013 information on sub-exhibitor(s);<\/li>\n
  • Form A2<\/strong> \u2013 obligatory entry into the electronic version catalogue; dealers at the Stand;<\/li>\n
  • Form A3<\/strong> \u2013 order for the exhibtion area- location by the airstrip;<\/li>\n
  • Form A4<\/strong> \u2013 order for the exhibition stand \u2013 location not by the airstrip;<\/li>\n
  • Form A5<\/strong> \u2013 order for the exhibition stand area with structures in the tent hall; Form A6 \u2013 building the stand;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • electric power,<\/li>\n
    • Exhibitor logos at electronic version exhibition plans,<\/li>\n
    • wireless internet access,<\/li>\n
    • stand cleaning,<\/li>\n
    • banners on free standing frames by the driveways,<\/li>\n
    • advertisement in the electronic version of Exhibition Catalogue,<\/li>\n
    • tickets to the banquet<\/li>\n
    • advertisement masts,<\/li>\n
    • portable water dispenser, bottles with water, disposable cups<\/li>\n
    • subscription car part (attended),<\/li>\n
    • car park for trucks,<\/li>\n
    • individual protection of a stand,<\/li>\n
    • additional accessories rental.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
